Labour Standards Complaint for Worker3

Worker3 has worked on a full-time basis for Imperial since June 2009. Prior to this date, she worked for Imperial on a seasonal basis for many years.
In the last 6 months, she worked at the following locations:
- Alderney Gate: Monday to Fridays since September, she does approximately 15 minutes of work at 7:30am to clean the HRP traffic office (which requires security clearance) and returns back to Alderney Gate for a 5 pm-10 pm shift.
- Northbrook Police Centre: Monday to Fridays for over five years, has worked 8 am – 3 pm.
- Bedford Pool: In July and August 2025, cleaned for approximately 3 hours, 7 days a week.
- Citadel Hill: From May 2025 – October 2025, worked 7 days a week in the mornings.
- York Redoubt: Cleaned weekends and holidays.
- Woodlawn Library: cleaned here for 9.5 years until June 2025.
Worker3 has never received overtime pay despite frequently working more than 48 hours per week, as demonstrated by her paystubs.
Worker3 was constructively dismissed on November 30, 2025. Additionally, she was not paid for her shift that day, despite working from 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm
